Wearing formal clothes to work every day, he struggled to find clothing and accessories which reflected his personality, indeed any personality. Whilst realising most men's wear looked the same he wondered why there was such a lack of variety.

    Turns out a bunch of other guys at his office felt the same, and that’s when Grand Frank was born. Since the start of the Grand Frank journey the goal has been to create men’s clothing and accessories with rich stories and great personalities.

    With customers in 163 countries and counting, the company are now a team of designers, buyers, and creatives who share a vision and a rebellious streak. Believing in individuality, and aiming to encourage creativity.

    Mirko Caspar studied business administration at the University of Münster, where he went on to gain a PhD. The most important appointments in his career to date were as a corporate consultant at McKinsey, with a focus on marketing and strategy, as senior director for business development at the entertainment conglomerate Universal Music and managing director of its mail order subsidiaries, and as a managing partner of the virtual world company Metaversum. As a managing director of Mister Spex, Caspar is responsible for the Marketing, CRM, Category Management, Public Relations and Product Management divisions and is in charge of international markets.
